Pre-Labouring Drug Tests
No hirer wants to employ somebody who screened positive for unlawful drugs.
But what you do in your own time – shouldn’t it be your own business?
Unluckily, powerful companies
can afford to make a choice of its employees, and for a man looking for a work, the selection of where to be employed might not be as great as the businesses’ choice of who to employ.
When you apply for a work first you have an examination and
if they are interested in engaging you, you’ll be sent to take a drug test, usually within a short period of time following the examination.
Most common pre-employment drug screenings are urine tests – they are low-priced and give as
satisfying results as any other drug checkings.
When you submit a piss example to a lab expert, it is placed in a special flask and labelled in front of you and initialed by you, so there is no mistake who’s sample which.
Hereafter on around half a example is tested in primary screening.
Normally, a positive drug checking results in a person not getting a work, and when they advise you that you were not chosen for a job, they are not required to let you know why: it might be the drug screening results, or it just might be they picked somebody else over you.
In case you already have a work and tested positive in primary screening, the company is liable to do a second, stating drug test on the same sample.
They don’t make another control, but merely retract the remains of the initial example that is conserved in the laboratory and execute a more advanced drug test to prove or disprove the results of the drug screening.
